On Friday, October 3rd, the Defendent was indicted on 10 Felony charges. Monday night, October 6th, he was arrested.
Tuesday morning, Christina saw the news report on the internet and called me. Steve and I watched the noon news together in silence as the report was given about the accident in the 9700 block of Winton Road "last summer"...
His face flashed on the screen and
his name was spoken by the reporter.
Later that day, my packet of information arrived from the Hamilton County Proscecutor's office. The letter enclosed explained that victims of a crime have the right to participate in the criminal proceedings. I signed and returned the form that I would like to exercise my rights as I am entitled under the law. One of those rights is to make a statement before sentencing.
On Friday, October 10th, the Defendent pleaded not guilty.
There will be a Lawyer's Conference on Friday, October 17th.

Thank you, Brother, for giving me the right perspective. I have confidence in my lawyer to be sure that all of our ducks are in a row
